Any yards of fabric to spare? Need a quick and easy gift? Try to make a knitted trivet from fabric. You need approx. 1 meter(yard) of fabric. Cut the fabric in continous 3" strips, see picture above. Single cast on 10 stiches on needles 15 mm. Knit approx. 14 rows or until you have one strip left. Cast off. Weave ends inn.
