A lovely foursome

Here it is, my contribution to the Norwegian Quilting Association's annual competition. I was inspired by Judy Martin's quilt "Loveland Log Cabin" featured in the book "Log Cabin Quilt Book". The heart block is rotated 45 degrees and simplified. The quilt did not go well with the jury, same as last year.
I like it. We are redecorating a guest room, should work well over the bed!

I think its a wonderful quilt! You can be very proud to show it off. Not sure what the judges problem was...

I love that quilt. I had an extra look at it on Sunday, I was so impressed of how you had put together the different fabrics. Never mind about the jugde - but I know how it can be. What they said about my quilt last year is the reason why I didn't participated this year. Maybe next year...

Så bra at vi var flere fra Sølvtråden som deltok i konkurransen. Teppet ditt er kjempeflott. Liker teknikken din for å få frem hjertene. Jeg har ikke hørt dommen over mitt teppe ennå. Grete tok det med hjem for meg, men jeg har ikke hentet det ennå.
