Elanor Cowl


My first attempt on a cowl, fun knitting something that I have not done before! I will make another attempt at this cowl, with one size smaller needle. Used Yarn Dalegarn Lerke. Cowl seen first time over at  by Lappe-Grete. Free pattern for this Elanor Cowl . I am aiming for a more complex shawl like Garden of Diamods. And maybe, when I am an expert, a table cloth like seen on this book cover.

Also want to show you one of my favourite brush, which now in bloom. Norwegian Name is "Solbærspirea Diablo".  (Physocarpus opulifolius 'Diablo' ) Love the colors!

    Hi Mona , It has been awhile since I have been looking at everyone's post.I love the shawl and the last quilt you made ,both are beautiful ! I also like the brich table. Those are one of my favorite tree's in north PA.

    Nydelig hals! Jeg har også strikket to av dem, morsomme å strikke, og mønsteret blir så fint. Enig med deg, flotte farger på den busken din!
