I have now finished a hat for my 12 year old son. The hat looks like a traditional norwegian hat, but a closer look reveals skulls! The free pattern I found at Hallo Yarn; hat and mittens.The recommended yarn is no longer available, so I used Dale yarn: Falk for the main part with knitting needles european size 4 mm. For the lining I used Lerke with 3 mm knitting needles. I did not know how to cast on provisionally, but found a good description on YouTube.
A cool knitting project, I have already started to knit another one, good christmas presents!

Se der ja! Så fin den ble. Jeg har lurt litt på å strikke denne luen jeg også. Som du sier så er det en god kandidat til gaver.
