Ethereal Knitted Shawl

I knitted this shawl a year ago, but put it away, cause it looked way too small. Somebody told me to block it out. Yesterday, struggling with a cold, I tried and it turned out much better! A great knitting project for summer-time, recomended!

Easy Knitted Shawl



This shawl will keep me warm those coming winter days. I will keep it in my office at work.

Yarn: Flower Color by Four Seasons, Color 1, 5 balls.
( Purchased at Husflidstua, Grimstad, Norway)
Needles: 6 mm, 80 cm circular needle.
Knit from left to right. Cast on 3 stitches.
*Increase one stitch by knitting twice in the second stitch. Knit to end. Turn. Knit one row.*
Repeat until half of your yarn is used up.
*Decrease one stitch by knitting the second and third stitch together.  Knit to end. Turn Knit one row.*
Repeat until half 3 stiches left on the needle.
Cast off. Weave in ends.
