Maurice - the teddy bear!

Here he is, Maurice the teddy bear, to go along with the sweater in the previous post. Every little boy needs a home-made teddy!

Marius Sweather for little boy

This little sweater is size 1 year.  My mom has done the knitting, and I have put the sweater together and added the neck. We are both happy with the result!
Yarn: Lanett by SandnesGarn.

According to Wikipedia; this sweater was designed in 1953 by Unn Søiland Dale and named after the downhill skier Marius Eriksen. It was inspired by the traditional Norwegian Setesdals-sweaters.
