I was a little tired of crime novels, and wanted a deep and memorable book. I certainly got what I wanted - and more. The book is a dreamlike story of a unique friendship between two women. By listening to each other’s tragic life stories, they are able to let go of the past and move on in their lives. Simply beautiful!
