Checkered Past

This table runner is based on a pattern called "Checkered Past" by Pieced Tree. The fabric was purchased at The Quilt Cove in Eagan, Minnesota.

The table runner is quited with gold thread.

The runner is given as a prize in a lottery.


A few days later:

I made another one. I first tried to combine these fabrics with a red one, but that did not look good. So I used only the greens. I did not have enough green for the binding, and the batting was a little too thick. Not my best work, will probably end up in a drawer. But a lesson learned!
