After making several christmas basket table cloths and pot holders with christmas basket, I decided to make a tutorial on how to make these basket from paper. This I learned from my mother and in school, and have thought the skill to my son. It is a tradition that I hold on to, even more than the cookie baking.
In this post I will give you the description on how to make the simple baskets, good as a beginners project.
You need glossy paper, a cup, pencil, scissors and tape (or glue).
The next steps are given in the picture on the left. Make two circular pieces of paper in contrasting colors. Fold each circle in half. Tape on the inside to make a basket. Cut and tape on the handle.
